2. Commercial Execution & Order Validation
- Offer Drafting: Prepare official commercial offers once the deal is approved, turn it into a PDF letter in the format that the customer desires and create quotation packages for both simple transactional requests and complex bundled solutions.
- Expiration Date Validation: Verify product shelf-life/validity dates for incoming customer orders against customer specifications; directly liaise with customers to secure formal acceptance for short-dated items before fulfillment.
- GPPRR Billing Follow-Up: Support the Account Manager with the operational activities around billing
- Returns & Discrepancy Management: Coordinate with KAMs and internal supply chain teams to handle order rejections, near-expiry issues, or wrong item returns, ensuring documentation is correctly updated.
- Proactive Stock & Contract Alignment: Work closely with account managers to verify whether requested items fall under active customer contracts before order processing to prevent fulfillment delays.
3. Support in customer interactions:
- Reserve meeting rooms, manage catering, and set up AV equipment for key customer negotiations, C level engagements and customer workshops.
