Account Manager EPC's & End Users - Middle East

What are you going to do- Develop and execute annual account plans aligned with sales targets to secure new business and expand existing accounts.
- Develop strong, long-term relationships with a number of key-accounts.
- Monitor, analyse and report account performance against established KPIs, provide accurate sales forecasts, and recommend strategic business development initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and complete sales, commercial and project-related documentation.
- Allocate approximately 30% of working time to customer visits and 70% to office-based activities.
- Review RFQ documents to identify material requirements, specifications, applicable standards, and any technical or commercial clarifications required.
- Prepare Work-files, manage supplier sourcing and selection, quotation preparation, technical and commercial bid evaluations.
- Negotiate and formalise contracts and service agreements
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely receipt of quotations, technical documents, and supporting information.
- Responsible for processing the Purchase order in SAP and preparing Purchase orders to suppliers and seamless commercial handover to project execution team.
Who you areYou are a proactive, outgoing personality with strong communicative skills and a can-do attitude who is intrinsically driven by the customer's success. You are confident with senior decision-makers, understand technical customer needs and thrive in an international environment. - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, commerce or engineering.
- Three to five years of sales experience in piping materials within the Oil & Gas industry and EPC contractors
- Proven track record in B2B sales and business development.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills and ability to build lasting customer relationships.
- Strong interest in and understanding of technical products and solutions.
- Experienced with Microsoft Office suite and ERP (SAP).
- Based in UAE
- In possession of UAE Driving License.
