LOCATION: APPLY is hybrid/remote friendly. The preferred candidate should be based in the Greater Toronto Area of Canada, working in hours that align to ET.
THE ROLE:
As a Payroll & Rewards Operations Lead, you’ll be a cornerstone of our global People Operations function, sitting at the intersection of global rewards and people analytics. You will drive the processes around payroll, benefits, HR system administration and support the programs that keep our People function running accurately and at scale. This is a high-ownership, detail-driven role for someone who thrives on compliant execution, data integrity, process optimization, and delivering a seamless experience across the entire employee lifecycle in a fast-growing, global organization.
