Overview
We are looking for an IT Analyst to join the Deposits Domain within Group Technology. The Deposits Domain is a maintenance organisation for Personal Banking customer’s accounts and deposits, currently catering for approximately 6.5 million Accounts. You will be joining a team of experienced Product Owners and Analysts who drive business and technical requirements specifications and work closely with Implementation Teams to execute software development according to SAFe Agile Practices.

Main Responsibilities
You will play a key role in understanding business needs, analysing systems and applying data modelling to support clear and effective solutions. Key responsibilities include:
- Clarifying, documenting and communicating functional and non-functional requirements.
- Driving change initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
- Strengthening robustness and quality of applications supporting the business area.
- Delivering according to scope, quality and timelines.
- Facilitating agile collaboration across business, IT and external partners.
- Providing guidance to maximize customer value within your area.
- Contributing to innovative and modernised application solutions.
Key Requirements
- Strong requirements analysis skills.
- Good experience in business knowledge and banking.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with large, complex datasets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
Nice to Have
- Experience in T24.
- Experience working in a Nordic Bank.
- Knowledge of the Hadoop ecosystem.
- Experience in Snowflakes.
Other Details
This role is preferred to be based in Poland (Gdańsk, Gdynia or Warsaw). The position requires fluency in English and involves collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve business goals.
