emagine is looking for: Contract Administrator (Junior)
We are looking for a structured, detail-oriented administrator to cover a parental leave at our client. This is an administrative role that suits someone with a few years of experience in administration, procurement or contract handling who wants to grow within contract management in a large corporate environment.
About the assignment
You will be responsible for the administrative handling of consultant contracts and Statements of Work (SOWs). That means preparing documents based on the client's standard templates and keeping documentation, timelines and payment milestones in order. The work follows established templates and processes. It is not a legal or negotiation role, although some simpler discussions on terms will come up.
Responsibilities
- Create, review, process and coordinate signing of SOWs for consulting engagements.
- Draft consultant contracts based on the client's standard, which involves limited negotiation.
- Track SOW timelines, deliverables and payment milestones.
- Act as point of contact for internal teams and consultants on SOW terms and status.
- Ensure compliance with the client's contracting policies and internal guidelines.
- Maintain organized records of consultants, SOWs, amendments and correspondence.
- Support the procurement team with renewals, amendments and other contract documentation.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills and the ability to handle several tasks in parallel.
- Self-driven, with a clear sense of ownership.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Fluent English, written and spoken.
Nice to have
- Basic understanding of contracts, SOWs and contractual language.
- Experience from large organizations, ideally in a matrix setting, in procurement, contracting or administration.
Assignment details
- Allocation: 100%
- Period: December until March 2027 (potentially longer)
- Location: Stockholm, on-site where possible
- Hourly rate: SEK 500/h (fixed).
