- Build an integrated learning content ecosystem that supports discovery, reuse, accessibility, personalization, and learning in the flow of work.
- Establish learning design and editorial standards, content governance, production principles, and transparent prioritization criteria.
- Apply a product and performance-consulting mindset: diagnose needs, define outcomes, test solutions, iterate rapidly, and measure impact.
Video & Content Production
- Lead compelling production across video, animation, podcasts, microlearning, interactive media, simulations, digital resources, and blended or live learning experiences.
- Build a rapid, high-quality production model that balances creative ambition, instructional rigor, accessibility, and speed to learner value.
- Oversee briefs, instructional and creative scripts, storyboards, filming, editing, post-production, accessibility, localization, publishing, and distribution.
- Champion storytelling, practice-based learning, and thoughtful edutainment to make complex topics memorable and actionable.

- Evaluate emerging media, adaptive learning, and AI-enabled tools against learner value, learning effectiveness, quality, accessibility, and operational efficiency.
- Establish human review, intellectual property, privacy, accuracy, and quality safeguards for AI-assisted content.
Learning Experience Design
- Lead learning needs analysis and translate performance gaps, skill priorities, and business goals into measurable learning objectives and coherent experiences.
- Apply adult learning theory, instructional design, cognitive load, retrieval practice, spaced reinforcement, experiential learning, and transfer-to-work principles.
- Design blended learning journeys for leadership and manager development, onboarding, AI, critical skills, culture, and enterprise transformation.
- Combine self-paced, social, cohort-based, live, and in-workflow modalities based on learner context and desired outcomes rather than format trends.
- Use learner research, journey mapping, prototyping, accessibility and inclusive design, pilots, and feedback to improve learning experiences.
Partner with program owners to build reinforcement, manager enablement, practice, and application into learning solutions.
Production Operations
- Own the end-to-end learning production pipeline, from intake and performance consulting through design, production, launch, maintenance, and optimization.
- Build roadmaps, resource and capacity plans, agile workflows, quality assurance, and service-level expectations.
- Manage budgets, vendor relationships, timelines, production risk, and content lifecycle decisions.
- Develop a flexible network of internal experts, facilitators, instructional designers, creative partners, and production resources.

- Define success measures across reach, engagement, learning, retention, behavior change, application, and business or performance outcomes.
- Use evaluation frameworks, learner feedback, assessments, platform analytics, experimentation, and stakeholder evidence to improve effectiveness.
- Assess formats, channels, personalization, and production methods for learner impact and return on investment.
- Communicate actionable insights, capability outcomes, and the value of the learning content portfolio to senior leaders.
