Ambition · Toronto · onsite
Ambition is the workspace for realizing your boldest ambitions, together. As agents take on more of the work, we are asking what human collaboration should become, and building the answer.
We believe agents should help people grow, not only work on their behalf. Most people using agents today get output without getting better. Ambition is a workspace built around the opposite idea: that the people doing the work should understand it, learn from it, and become more capable through it, together.
We’re in person, and our space doubles as a home for the communities we build. We’re former founders and alumni of Google, Meta, Cohere, and Runway.
Design at Ambition
We design for people: Our beliefs about how people learn and work together should be visible on every surface, from how Ambition presents itself to what we choose to build and what we choose to cut.
We believe the right friction, introduced at the right moment, is instrumental to understanding and the evolution of self. Knowing where that friction belongs is one of the central design problems at Ambition, and we want you to own it.
Ambition should be bold, considered, and fast. Performance and reliability are part of the design.
