Order to Delivery Team Leader

At Haier Europe, home to Haier, Hoover and Candy, we're looking for an experienced people manager to drive performance, develop talent and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Leading a team of Order to Delivery Specialists, you'll oversee the end-to-end order journey, working closely with Supply Chain, Operations, Transport and Commercial teams to ensure orders are delivered on time and in full.
What you'll do
- Manage, coach, support and develop a high-performing team
- Drive customer service and operational performance
- Manage order book activity and delivery commitments
- Work cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Logistics and Sales
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Use data and insight to improve service and efficiency
What you'll bring
- Team leadership experience within Customer Service, Order Management, Logistics or Supply Chain
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience driving continuous improvement
- Analytical and problem-solving capability
- SAP experience (desirable)

- Core working hours of 09:30 - 16:00
- Contracted hours of 37.5 per week, worked as 7.5 hours per day plus a one-hour unpaid lunch break. Start and finish times can be adjusted provided core hours are covered and contracted hours are fulfilled.
