Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to set appointments for insurance consultations.
- Develop and maintain a database of leads and track communication history.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand service offerings and effectively communicate them to prospects.
- Use persuasive communication skills to engage prospects and articulate the benefits of our insurance program.
- Follow up with leads to ensure they are well-informed and ready for scheduled appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in our CRM system.
- Meet or exceed monthly appointment-setting targets as outlined by management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar role or in a sales environment is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
