We are looking for an Attendant, Spa Cleaning to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.
In this position, you will ensure the Spa is consistently clean, tidy and well maintained, delivering a high standard of cleanliness that meets guest expectations and reflects Costa Navarino standards.
Responsibilities- Clean and disinfect spa areas, including bathrooms, floors, surfaces, furniture, fixtures and equipment, according to established standards.
- Replenish bathroom supplies and other essential items as required.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub and polish floors, carpets and other surfaces using appropriate cleaning equipment.
- Clean windows, doors, walls, partitions and other spa areas to maintain a consistently high standard of presentation.
- Collect and dispose of waste and recyclable materials safely and according to established procedures.
- Monitor cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the Spa and identify any issues requiring attention.
- Use cleaning products, tools and equipment safely and appropriately.
- Report maintenance needs or potential hygiene and safety concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of previous housekeeping or cleaning experience.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and organize workload effectively.
- Safe, responsible and professional approach to work.
- Flexibility and adaptability according to operational needs.
- Reliability and strong team spirit.
