Associate Director - Residential Sales

We’re recruiting for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join our growing Lymington Sales team. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic team player, with exceptional communication skills.
This role requires someone to list and sell property, so you will ideally have at least three years' experience of working in a similar role and have excellent knowledge of Lymington and the surrounding area.
Most importantly of all is that you have a can-do attitude, are keen to succeed individually and as part of a team and take pride in the work that you do.
Although we are primarily looking for someone working in property, if you feel that you have strong transferable skill from another sector, are a keen learner and passionate about property, we would still love to hear from you.
