- Develop and execute a global social marketing strategy across multiple platforms aligned with Education priorities.
- Lead social-first campaign creation, social copy, channel programming, and paid social acceleration across segments (e.g., student and educator segments).
- Establish social analytics, social listening, performance attribution frameworks, and A/B testing to continuously optimize engagement.
- Build creator, influencer, and ambassador strategies to co-create short-form video content that expands organic reach.
- Manage specialized social agencies, community managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure community moderation, brand safety, and execution.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 9 years of experience in marketing working across one or more marketing fields (e.g., growth, product marketing, brand marketing, social).
- 4 years of experience in social marketing.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience utilizing AI productivity tools to solve complex, multi-layered problems and streamline business or development workflows.
- Experience in the technology and education industries.
- Knowledge about Google products and their relevance to students and educators.
- Ability to synthesize social metrics and sentiment data into actionable insights for creative iteration and executive reporting.
- Exceptional storytelling and people-management skills; comfortable growing in a changing, evolving organizational landscape.
