ABOUT THE ROLE
Build and scale growth marketing for an early-stage AI video and software company. This hands-on role will establish the acquisition engine, run experiments, and connect marketing efforts to product launches and pipeline goals.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own and scale paid acquisition across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other social channels, targeting mid-market consumer brands.
- Plan, launch, and measure experiments across advertising, landing pages, messaging, and audiences.
- Build growth marketing processes and infrastructure from the ground up.
- Drive organic and lifecycle growth through SEO, answer engine optimization, email, and lifecycle marketing.
- Partner with Sales and Engineering to align campaigns with product launches and pipeline goals.
- Track performance and budgets, and optimize customer acquisition cost and payback metrics.
- Use AI tools and the company's platform to accelerate content and campaign execution, collaborating with a content creator on creative assets.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Four to six years of experience in growth, performance, or demand generation marketing, including hands-on work at an early-stage, high-growth startup.
- Demonstrated ability to scale paid acquisition with measurable results across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, TikTok, and organic search.
- Strong copywriting and messaging judgment, with experience designing and analyzing experiments.
- Proficiency with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and agentic products.
- Experience marketing to brands or consumer goods companies; experience with marketing software, AI, or creative technology is a plus.
- Comfort building programs from scratch and working cross-functionally with Sales and Engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus.
- Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary: $140,000 to $185,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

On-site in San Francisco, California.
