The ideal candidate will help define, package, and commercialize scalable cabling solutions that support AI training clusters, GPU environments, high-performance computing fabrics, and hyperscale data center deployments.

This role is ideal for a product-minded leader with strong technical understanding of structured cabling, fiber and copper assemblies, bundled jumpers, trunk cabling, AOC/DAC solutions, and data center deployment requirements. The candidate will partner closely with sales, design, sourcing, project delivery team operations, vendors, and clients to translate market needs into practical product offerings, standardized configurations, pricing models, documentation, and deployment-ready solutions.

- This is a full-time salaried position offering competitive compensation (commensurate with experience) comprehensive benefits, paid time off, paid training and performance-based bonuses.

- This person should expect to be on-site at our Plano, TX office 5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

- Own and maintain the roadmap for AI/HPC cabling assemblies, bundled jumper solutions, trunk cabling, and related physical-layer infrastructure offerings.

- Translate customer, sales, engineering, and project delivery requirements into standardized product families, configurations, and solution packages.

- Identify market needs and trends tied to GPU clusters, high-density fiber pathways, low-latency interconnects, scalable rack-to-rack connectivity, and repeatable data center deployments.

- Develop business cases for new product offerings, including market opportunity, competitive positioning, target customers, pricing approach, and margin expectations.

Solution Development & Technical Enablement

- Partner with design, operations, project delivery and vendor teams to define technical requirements for fiber, copper, AOC, DAC, MPO/MTP, bundled assemblies, labeling, packaging, testing, and quality control.

- Support development of pre-configured and custom assembly solutions that reduce installation time, improve cable management, and support scalable AI/HPC deployment models.

- Create product specifications, configuration guides, support ordering tool development, bill-of-material templates, application notes, and sales enablement content.

- Ensure developed solutions account for pathway congestion, airflow, serviceability, labeling, port mapping, testing requirements, and future expansion.

Go-to-Market & Sales Support

- Support sales teams with product positioning, customer presentations, proposal language, solution comparison, and value messaging for AI/HPC cabling opportunities.

- Collaborate with client-facing teams to capture customer requirements and convert them into repeatable product and solution offerings.

- Develop & support pricing frameworks, quoting guidance, and packaging strategies that support both standard catalog offerings and custom engineered solutions.

- Provide technical and commercial support during pursuits, demos, solution reviews, and post-award handoff to execution teams.

Vendor, Sourcing & Lifecycle Management

- Work with sourcing and vendor partners to qualify materials, assemblies, lead times, cost structures, manufacturing capabilities, and supply chain risks.

- Maintain awareness of evolving AI/HPC infrastructure trends, including higher fiber counts, 400G/800G connectivity, high-density connectors, modular cabling systems, and GPU fabric requirements.

- Track product performance, customer feedback, quality issues, demand patterns, and lifecycle changes to improve offerings over time.

- Coordinate with operations to ensure solutions are practical to build, kit, label, ship, install, test, and support at scale.

Key Performance Indicators

- Product roadmap execution: Delivers prioritized AI/HPC cabling product roadmap milestones on schedule, including new assemblies, bundled solutions, configuration standards, and supporting documentation.
