We are seeking an experienced IT Analyst to join a dynamic team within Group Technology. The ideal candidate will drive the requirements process, manage multiple initiatives with various stakeholders and provide insights for software development and decision-making. This role emphasizes the need for strong analytical skills and creative problem solving to support scalable, robust, and effective technological solutions.

Main Responsibilities
As an IT Analyst, you will:
- Clarify, document and communicate functional and non-functional requirements.
- Strengthen the robustness and quality of applications to ensure a reliable production environment.
- Deliver projects in line with defined scope, standards, and timelines.
- Stay updated with developments and best practices in your field.
- Facilitate collaboration across business, IT, and external partners for successful deliveries.
- Offer guidance to maximize customer value within your area.
- Contribute to solutions that innovate and modernize the application portfolio.
Key Requirements
- Strong requirements analysis skills.
- Business knowledge and experience in banking.
- Proficiency in SQL with experience managing large datasets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements for T24.
- Experience in analyzing end-to-end data flows.
- Skills in facilitating workshops with diverse teams.
- Proven track record in supporting solution design and defining acceptance criteria.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with the Hadoop ecosystem.
- Experience with Snowflake technology.
