ABOUT THE ROLE
Join an internal team building AI-powered systems that change how knowledge work gets done. You will embed with teams to develop agents and infrastructure that automate complex workflows and help a growing financial technology business operate in new ways.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and ship AI agents and systems that perform real work across company workflows.
- Identify opportunities to redesign processes around model capabilities and automate end-to-end tasks.
- Work closely with internal teams and clients to understand workflows, gather feedback, and iterate on products.
- Own projects from problem discovery through launch, taking responsibility for outcomes.
- Develop infrastructure, interfaces, and operating approaches that enable people and agents to work together.
- Evaluate models and agent tools for different use cases, and improve the reliability and impact of AI systems.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Five to fifteen years of experience building products from zero to one as a full-stack engineer.
- Strong expertise in at least one full-stack language, with experience in TypeScript, Python, AI agents, or infrastructure.
- Experience building agents with multiple agent SDKs and LLM tools, beyond basic chatbot applications.
- Background as a founder, founding engineer, or software engineer at a fast-paced, venture-backed startup.
- Product judgment and the ability to work directly with clients and internal teams to gather feedback and improve solutions.
- Systems thinking, strong ownership, autonomy, and comfort working through ambiguous problems.
- Experience outside large technology companies, ideally in AI-native environments.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary: $150,000 to $300,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
