Summary: The role of the IT Analyst + UX Designer is to support the creation of a data product marketplace, facilitating the discovery, access, and governance of data products. This position is crucial for ensuring user-centric design and effective product delivery.
Main Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Design wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Conduct UX reviews and enhance the overall user experience of the marketplace.
- Collaborate daily with software developers to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date functional and technical documentation.
- Assist with backlog grooming, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or IT Analyst in software product delivery.
- Experience in data-related domains such as data platforms, analytics, data governance.
- Hands-on experience with UX design and prototyping in Figma.
- Strong ability to write functional requirements and user stories.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with data marketplace, data catalog, or data platform products.
- Familiarity with data mesh architecture.
- Background in both UX design and IT analysis within a single role.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
