ABOUT THE ROLE
Join a team building AI-powered research products. You will ship polished, high-traffic customer-facing features and help improve the consistency and stability of the product.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build user interfaces for research traces and related product experiences.
- Turn team processes into reusable skills and shared workflows.
- Debug client and server state connectivity to improve consistency.
- Define models that standardize API contracts.
- Triage issues and conduct root cause analysis to support product stability.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Two to five years of experience in full-stack product engineering.
- Experience shipping customer-facing web features end to end, including React and TypeScript interfaces and the APIs and services behind them.
- Experience building and deploying high-traffic products in production environments.
- Proficiency with React, TypeScript, Go, and Postgres; experience with Redis, PubSub, RPC, S3, or Temporal is also relevant.
- Familiarity with TanStack Query or Router, WebSockets, or Zustand is a plus.
- Sound judgment about when to adopt a dependency versus building internally.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to help peers debug and work through complex technical topics.
- A record of owning and delivering projects with increasing scope.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary is $200,000 to $280,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

On-site in San Francisco, California.
