Your Lovisa Opportunity:
Love logistics, problem solving and keeping things moving? We’re looking for a Logistics Specialist – ANZ to join the Lovisa team and support the movement of freight across Australia and New Zealand.
In this role, you’ll coordinate Lovisa freight moving in and out of Australia and New Zealand across air, sea and road, working closely with logistics providers and internal stakeholders to deliver great outcomes for our stores and eCommerce customers.
What you’ll be doing- Coordinate and monitor air, sea and road freight across ANZ, working closely with freight and logistics service providers.
- Manage shipments end-to-end, resolving delivery issues and communicating updates and outcomes with stores and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor and troubleshoot eCommerce orders, supporting stores and relevant markets with delivery-related queries and exceptions.
- Maintain accurate shipping documentation, support customs clearance processes and complete freight invoice coding.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external providers to ensure service, delivery and logistics requirements are met.
- Identify opportunities to improve our logistics network and support eCommerce, franchise and broader logistics projects as required.
What we’re looking for- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.
- A proactive, flexible approach with the ability to take initiative and manage changing priorities.
- Strong communication, customer service and negotiation skills, with confidence working across internal and external stakeholders.
- A collaborative team player who communicates openly and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
