ABOUT THE ROLE
Join a customer-facing team delivering AI-powered workflow automation for enterprise organizations. You will own strategic deployments from initial pilot through production scale, combining commercial leadership, stakeholder alignment, and hands-on execution.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own enterprise customer relationships and commercial engagements from initial opportunity through expansion.
- Scope deployments by understanding customer processes, aligning stakeholders, and defining measurable success criteria.
- Lead cross-functional delivery teams, including engineers, to launch pilots and scale successful solutions into production.
- Manage change, resolve blockers, and keep stakeholders aligned in complex enterprise environments.
- Identify expansion opportunities and grow accounts from initial deployment to broader adoption.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Typically 3 to 7 years of experience across strategy consulting, enterprise sales, customer deployment, go-to-market, business operations, product management, or founding roles.
- Direct experience owning enterprise customer relationships, commercial targets, or complex engagements, ideally with large organizations.
- A record of leading deployments end to end, from problem definition and business case through pilot delivery, measurable outcomes, and production scale.
- Strong project leadership, stakeholder management, change management, and negotiation skills.
- Enough technical fluency to assess implementation progress and collaborate effectively with engineers; software engineering experience is not required.
- Experience with AI automation or enterprise workflow solutions is relevant.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary: $160,000 to $250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
LOCATION
On-site in San Francisco, California, or New York City, New York. Candidates should be based in or willing to relocate to one of these locations.
