Location: Warsaw
Do you enjoy turning brand and category strategies into impactful activations? Are you motivated by working cross-functionally and delivering excellent execution in a dynamic commercial environment? We are looking for a Market Activation Expert who will help bring our activation plans to life and drive best-in-class shopper experiences across the Polish market.
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Executing national customer activation plans and ensuring excellent in-market delivery.
- Localizing regional activation toolkits, including adaptation and translation of promotional materials.
- Preparing, executing, and evaluating tailored activation plans for strategic customers based on the Strategic Customer Matrix (SCM).
- Managing customer activations from planning through post-evaluation and performance review.
- Coordinating activation activities with Sales teams, Key Account Managers, Channel Heads, and Field Force teams.
- Leading project governance processes, including EBA stage gates and PAR evaluations, in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Managing activation budgets and ensuring spending remains aligned with approved plans.
- Supporting local production of POS materials and displays to maximize in-store execution excellence.
- Building strong partnerships across Sales, Marketing, Demand Planning, Logistics, Finance, and Regional Marketing teams.
What are we looking for?
- Experience in Sales, Demand, Customer Marketing, Trade Marketing, or a related commercial function.
- Good understanding of the Polish retail landscape and customer environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret business and market data.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Technical skills: Strong Excel proficiency, Project management capabilities, Financial and analytical acumen, Customer execution and management skills, Ability to leverage insights and translate them into action, Commercial mindset and influencing skills.
