ABOUT THE ROLE
Join a technical delivery team building and launching AI agents for enterprise customers. You will own customer-facing implementation work from scoping through evaluation, helping deliver reliable agents and sharing customer feedback with product and engineering teams.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead the architecture and end-to-end execution of AI agent builds, from systems design and initial scoping through implementation and evaluation.
- Partner with customers to define success, translate requirements into build plans, and deliver production-ready solutions.
- Configure agent workflows, validate integrations, and iterate on agent performance and reliability.
- Coordinate with product, customer success, engineering, and go-to-market teams to resolve delivery gaps and improve the agent-building platform.
- Test and validate solutions, accounting for enterprise integration, security, and compliance considerations.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as solutions engineering, forward-deployed engineering, technical consulting, or implementation engineering.
- Experience delivering technical solutions end to end for customers, including structured execution, testing, validation, and iteration.
- Hands-on experience writing Python and building with LLMs, AI agents, or conversational and automation workflows.
- Experience working with APIs, integrations, and enterprise SaaS systems such as ticketing platforms, CRMs, or data pipelines.
- Background in a technically complex B2B SaaS environment and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent technical foundations, plus evidence of strong performance in prior work.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary: CAD $150,000 to $200,000. Visa sponsorship is available.

On-site in San Francisco, California.
