Skilled Labourer - Coring

Sureserve Energy Services is looking for a reliable and hardworking Skilled Labourer to support our retrofit and energy efficiency projects within occupied social housing properties.
This hands-on role will focus primarily on core drilling and creating service penetrations for ventilation, heating, insulation and renewable energy installations. You'll work alongside experienced installers and engineers, helping deliver high-quality upgrades that improve the energy efficiency of homes.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out core drilling works in domestic social housing properties.
- Create wall and ceiling penetrations safely and accurately.
- Assist installation teams with retrofit and energy efficiency works.
- Protect residents' homes and maintain high housekeeping standards.
- Load, unload and move materials and equipment as required.
- Follow all health, safety and quality procedures.
- Communicate professionally with tenants and colleagues.
What We're Looking For- Previous experience in construction, labouring or core drilling.
- Comfortable using power tools and site equipment.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Strong awareness of health and safety.
- Reliable, hardworking and customer-focused approach.
- Experience working in occupied homes or social housing is desirable.
