David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a global customer experience company supporting a well-known payments and financing brand that is seeking to onboard a Finnish-speaking Advisors to join their team in Athens. The role is customer support over the phone, helping customers with payment and financing queries, checkout options and finance agreements.
Position: Customer Service Representative (Finnish)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide customer support via inbound phone calls, handling payment and financing enquiries
- Guide customers through checkout options and finance-agreement processes
- Resolve refunds, chargebacks, billing and account-verification queries
- Ensure secure and accurate case handling
- Document calls precisely
- Follow compliance and escalation procedures to achieve timely resolutions
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/near-native level of Finnish
- English at C1 level, both written and spoken
- High school diploma
- Customer service skills, including complaint handling, troubleshooting, problem solving and strong communication
- EU citizenship
- Based in Athens or willing to relocate (relocation candidates must already hold a Greek AFM and AMKA)
- Available for on-site work in Athens on rotational shifts
