The position defines and delivers the operational “how,” including transition planning, governance, service performance, escalation management, controls, and sustainable GCC delivery.

How You Will Contribute:

• Lead high-volume HR service operations, ensuring accurate, compliant, and audit-ready execution with strong controls over systems administration, configuration, and operational change.

• Partner with COEIs to translate strategic priorities into operational execution, shaping transition plans, governance structures, service boundaries, and operating rhythms that support a sustainable HR service operations model.

• Manage the transition of work from COEIs through a structured program that standardizes, documents, transfers, stabilizes, and continuously improves operations while maintaining clear service boundaries.

• Build and scale the GCC HR Operations model by developing organizational capability, leadership strength, and sustainable team practices that enable stable, high-quality service delivery.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Phased transition and migration of COEI operational work into the GCC HR Operations model

• Learning and Talent Operations, including systems administration and configuration

• Total Reward Operations

• Ongoing migration of operational work from COEIs and continued GCC expansion

• Leadership in building and evolving the GCC HR Operations model

Qualifications:

• Significant leadership experience in large-scale HR operations, global business services, or shared services environments, including offshore or GCC delivery teams.

• Demonstrated success building, scaling, or transforming a GCC, captive center, or global delivery model.

• Strong expertise in governance and controls across HR operations, including process adherence, data quality, audit readiness, risk management, and systems administration.

• Proven experience transitioning work into shared services environments, stabilizing delivery, and managing service performance through clear metrics and accountability.

• Strong operational credibility, with the ability to partner effectively with COEI leaders and integrate operational work into a broader HR operations model.

• Excellent partnership and influencing skills across regions, COEIs, technology, service excellence, and business stakeholders.

• Cross-cultural leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to build capability, develop leaders, and sustainably grow offshore teams.
