Senior System Analyst – Microservices & AIWe are looking for an experienced Senior System Analyst to join a long-term project focused on designing and developing modern, scalable solutions based on microservices architecture.
In this role, you will act as a key link between business, architecture, and development teams. You will be responsible for translating business needs into system requirements, designing integrations and technical solutions, and supporting development teams throughout the implementation process.
The project also incorporates AI and Generative AI solutions, making it a great opportunity for someone who combines strong system analysis and integration expertise with an interest or practical experience in AI-driven technologies.

- Duration: 12 months + possibility of extension

Main responsibilities- Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed system requirements and technical solutions.
- Design solutions based on microservices architecture.
- Design and document REST APIs and system interfaces.
- Design asynchronous and event-driven communication between services.
- Create analytical and technical documentation.
- Model business and system processes using UML and BPMN.
- Design integrations between internal and external systems.
- Create domain and data models.
- Analyze database structures and prepare SQL queries.
- Work closely with architects, developers, testers, and business stakeholders.
- Support development teams throughout solution implementation.
- Contribute to the use of AI tools and automation within analytical and development processes.
- Participate in the design and implementation of Generative AI solutions.
Key requirements- Minimum 8 years of professional experience as a System Analyst, preferably in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong experience in independently conducting system analysis and designing technical solutions.
- Very good understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience in designing and documenting REST APIs.
- Good understanding of integration patterns and event-driven architecture.
- Practical experience with Apache Kafka.
- Very good knowledge of UML and experience with BPMN.
- Experience in domain modelling and data modelling.
- Good knowledge of SQL and ability to analyze database structures.
- Very good knowledge of Git and experience working with GitFlow.
- Practical experience with VS Code.
- Experience working closely with software development teams.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- English at B2 level or higher.
AI / GenAI experienceWe are particularly interested in candidates who actively use AI solutions in their daily analytical or technical work.
Experience in one or more of the following areas will be considered a strong advantage:
- GitHub Copilot, particularly Agent Mode.
- Prompt engineering and designing effective prompts.
- Designing and automating AI-powered workflows.
- Building AI agents and custom skills.
- AI orchestration frameworks such as Semantic Kernel, LangGraph, MCP (Model Context Protocol), CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar solutions.
- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Vector databases.
- GenAI Factory / AI Factory architectures and implementations.
- Implementation of AI or GenAI solutions in enterprise environments
Knowledge of RabbitMQ will also be considered an advantage.
About the roleThis position is best suited to a technical System Analyst rather than a purely Business Analyst. We are looking for someone who can independently design system solutions, understands communication between microservices, is comfortable working with APIs, Kafka, data models, and integrations, and can effectively collaborate with software engineering and architecture teams.
