Key Responsibilities:

- Okta administration (user lifecycle, group and app assignments, SSO/SCIM integrations)

- Google Workspace administration

- Mac fleet management with Jamf Pro and Apple Business Manager, including OS and patch compliance

- SaaS administration, including Atlassian (Jira and Confluence), GitHub, and Slack

- Onboarding and offboarding

- IT support and incident response

- Support for periodic access reviews

- Hardware procurement, provisioning, asset inventory, and lifecycle

- Office technology: conference room AV, printers, physical access control

- Documentation and runbooks

- Vendor and license management

Required Qualification:

- 4+ years of IT experience, including hands-on administration of Okta, Jamf Pro, and Google Workspace

- Strong macOS support and management skills

- Experience working independently in a small or mid-size company

- Clear written communication with a team distributed across time zones, with occasional early-morning or evening availability

Nice to Have:

- Windows, Intune, and Microsoft 365/Entra ID experience

- Office networking experience

- Scripting or API automation (Bash, Python, or similar)

- Okta Certified Administrator or Jamf certifications
