We have an exciting opportunity for a commercial, curious, and collaborative Finance Business Partner – Marketing & Loyalty to join our Retail Marketing Finance team.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our commercial decision-making. You will act as a trusted strategic advisor to our Marketing and Loyalty leadership teams, transforming commercial data into actionable insights that optimise marketing performance, sharpen investment return (ROI), and drive business growth across our digital and retail ecosystems.

As our Finance Business Partner, you will:
- Own weekly and monthly commercial performance reporting (including Leadership packs), lead month-end financial management, and partner on annual budgets and forecasts aligned with business strategy.
- Evaluate marketing campaigns, promotional mechanics, and loyalty initiatives to maximise return on investment (ROI) across channels.
- Translate complex financial and operational data into clear, compelling stories and strategic recommendations for key stakeholders.
- Proactively streamline and rationalize reporting to enhance financial visibility, accuracy, and accountability across the Marketing ecosystem.
- Strengthen cross-functional partnerships across Marketing, Merchandise, Operations, and FP&A, fostering a high-performing, inclusive culture through coaching and commercial mentorship.

We are looking for someone who brings a blend of strong financial acumen, commercial curiosity, and the ability to influence with authenticity.
- CA or CPA qualified with 4+ years of progressive finance and commercial experience.
- Proven track record in Retail, FMCG, or fast-paced digital/e-commerce environments, with a strong grasp of commercial drivers.
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills with a talent for simplifying complex financial concepts for senior business leaders.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and systems (Excel, PowerPoint) with experience in leveraging data to unlock financial outcomes.
- High resilience and comfort navigating dynamic, evolving change or transformation landscapes.
