ABOUT THE ROLE
Own product strategy and roadmap for an AI-powered enterprise contracting platform. This founding-level product role partners closely with engineering and customer-facing legal specialists to shape the product from zero to one.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Set product strategy and roadmap, prioritizing what to build and explaining tradeoffs.
- Gather and synthesize customer feedback from legal specialists working directly with customers.
- Partner with engineering to scope work and adapt sprint planning to AI-assisted development.
- Discuss AI and agent architecture tradeoffs with engineers, and rapidly prototype with tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.
- Establish product practices for prioritization, documentation, launches, and success measurement.
- Use SQL or coding agents to analyze product data, including funnels and cohorts.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Five to ten years of product management experience, including roadmap ownership in an AI-focused engineering team.
- Experience shipping core AI or LLM-based products into production in an AI-centric environment.
- Experience with modern AI frameworks or agentic systems, including evaluation, latency, model behavior, and context considerations.
- Background in B2B SaaS or AI-native products, plus early-stage startup experience, founding experience, or experience as a first product manager.
- Technical fluency and close engineering collaboration, including practical understanding of development effort and delivery timelines.
- Experience prototyping with AI developer tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.
- A track record of sustained roles and product work beyond internal tools, HR workflows, and APIs or integrations.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary: $180,000 to $250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
