Senior Product Manager, Staffing and AI Agents

ABOUT THE ROLE
Join the product team at a Series A/B industrial technology company building marketplace and AI products for staffing and supply chain operations. You will shape core staffing workflows and help develop a new agentic AI platform, working closely with engineering, machine learning, data, design, and operations teams.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own product strategy across staffing, marketplace, and AI agent workflows.
- Balance customer needs, operational realities, technical constraints, and business outcomes.
- Write detailed product requirements and partner with engineering and machine learning teams to deliver products.
- Build systems that improve marketplace liquidity, fulfilment, matching quality, and operational efficiency.
- Prototype and validate ideas with customers and design partners, then launch and iterate across regions and operating environments.
- Design agents that reason through workflows, coordinate tools, maintain context, and execute work.
- Define product behavior, evaluations, and quality frameworks to improve agent reliability.
- Use data to answer product and marketplace questions, and develop internal tools that help operations scale.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Three to ten years of product management experience owning complex products at fast-growing startups.
- A track record of shipping products at scale and delivering tangible business results in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
- Strong technical skills, including writing SQL queries, and fluency using AI tools such as Claude in daily workflows.
- Experience across marketplaces, matching or recommendation systems, multi-sided platforms, recruiting, or AI products.
- Ability to build for non-technical users and understand operational industries such as logistics, supply chain, or healthcare.
- Experience building agentic AI products is relevant.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary: $150,000 to $250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

On-site in San Francisco, California.
