We're looking for an experienced Senior Supply Chain Manager to join our Skipton manufacturing site and take ownership of the end-to-end supply chain, leading planning, materials management, warehousing and customer service activities to ensure products reach customers safely, efficiently and on time.
The Opportunity
This is a high-impact leadership role reporting directly to the Head of Global Supply and dotted line into the Site Director, with responsibility for shaping and delivering the site's supply chain strategy.
You'll lead a talented team across planning, procurement, warehousing and customer operations, ensuring demand, capacity and inventory are aligned to deliver exceptional service while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead the end-to-end supply chain function for the Skipton site
Drive the S&OP process and create a robust production plan
Manage demand planning, capacity planning and inventory optimisation
Oversee warehouse performance, materials replenishment and customer service activities
Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure customer demand is met
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste
Develop, coach and inspire a high-performing team
Utilise ERP/MRP systems to strengthen planning and decision-making
Support long-term business growth through effective forecasting and resource planning
What We're Looking For
Significant experience in supply chain and production planning leadership within a regulated manufacturing environment (eg. Pharma, Food, FMCG, Aerospace, Automotive).
Strong knowledge of planning, scheduling, inventory management and warehousing operations
Extensive SAP ERP/MRP systems experience
Proven people leadership and stakeholder management skills
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organisational capabilities
Degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations or a related discipline preferred
A collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys driving improvement.
