Location: Dubai, UAE
Position SummaryWe are looking for a Business Operations Analyst to join our Customer Services Delivery team in Dubai. In this role, you will support the day-to-day administration of customer and vendor contracts, helping to ensure that orders, invoices, renewals and supporting documentation are completed accurately and on time.
Working closely with internal stakeholders, Finance, Accounts Payable, customers and vendors, you will help keep operational activities moving efficiently while gaining valuable experience within a global technology organisation. You will receive support and mentorship to develop your skills and build a rewarding career with NCR Atleos.
This position forms part of NCR Atleos’ Emiratisation hiring programme and is open exclusively to UAE Nationals.
Key Areas of Responsibility- Managing accurate and up-to-date records for customers, suppliers, contracts, purchase orders and operational activities.
- Coordinating contract administration processes, including internal approvals, documentation, execution, renewals, filing and required sign-offs.
- Preparing and processing customer invoices, purchase orders and Local Purchase Order requests through the relevant ERP systems.
- Liaising with vendors to confirm orders, renew services and ensure required documentation is received within agreed timelines.
- Acting as a key point of contact between vendors, Finance and Accounts Payable to help resolve invoice-processing and payment-related queries.
- Monitoring contract and service-renewal timelines while providing administrative support to customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders when required.
Basic Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or another relevant discipline.
- One to two years of relevant experience in business operations, administration, contract support, procurement or a related area.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Ability to manage priorities, maintain accurate records and meet agreed deadlines.
- UAE citizenship, as this position forms part of NCR Atleos’ Emiratisation hiring programme.
Preferred Qualifications- Previous experience working in a multinational or matrix organisation.
- Experience supporting contracts, purchase orders, invoicing or vendor-administration processes.
- Familiarity with ERP or purchase-order management systems.
- Experience working with Finance, Procurement or Accounts Payable teams.
