Lindsay Transport is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our afternoon cross-dock and warehouse operations.
This role suits a hands-on leader who can keep freight moving while maintaining safe, reliable operations in a fast-paced environment.
You will support and develop your team while overseeing local and interstate loading and unloading to ensure schedules are met accurately and efficiently.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and support a team of up to 10 warehouse staff and forklift drivers.
- Coordinate loading, unloading, stock control and freight consolidation.
- Keep freight moving safely, accurately and on schedule.
- Manage workflow, reporting and changing operational priorities.
- Drive a strong safety culture and hold the team accountable.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience within a HACCP-accredited refrigerated operation.
- Experience in freight handling and the accurate documentation of freight movements.
- Strong leadership, planning and problem-solving capabilities.
- Sound computer skills and experience in transport management system (ideally Truckmate)
- High attention to detail.
- A hands-on commitment to safety, effective communication and team performance.
- A current and valid forklift licence.
