Job Responsibilities
1. Systematically sort out and build up the quality standard system, and independently take charge of the full-cycle quality management of one business line, covering quality planning, control and continuous improvement, to ensure that the final delivery quality meets or exceeds expected targets.
2. Collect, organize and analyze operational data, identify quality issues and potential risks, and produce analytical reports.
3. Conduct root cause analysis for common operational exceptions (e.g., shipment detention, loss and damage), put forward on-site improvement suggestions, drive responsible parties to implement rectification, and track the effectiveness.
4. Ensure all business activities in the assigned area comply with the company’s quality standards and participate in operational self-inspections. Establish a regular quality monitoring mechanism, carry out root cause analysis for quality incidents and customer complaints, and promote effective corrective and preventive actions.
5. Make proactive overall arrangements for planned operational fluctuations (such as holidays, promotion campaigns, government events, extreme weather, etc.), including but not limited to resource coordination, strategy formulation, in-process intervention, result review and experience accumulation.
6. Respond immediately to unplanned operational fluctuations (such as sudden disasters, public opinion incidents, epidemics, etc.), quickly adjust operational strategies, assess the scope of risk impact, and mobilize operational resources for remediation. Coordinate recovery from operational anomalies (delivery delays, damaged or soiled parcels, lost shipments and replacements, etc.), handle urgent customer needs escalated by customer service, and mobilize resources to close exception cases.
Job Requirements
1. Be proficient in data analysis tools, familiar with business metrics, and leverage data analysis to support daily work.
2. Familiar with end-to-end logistics operations or Saudi local market operations; candidates with 0-to-1 mechanism building experience are preferred.
3. Manage service quality, operational compliance, exception rate control and continuous improvement in logistics operations. Drive KPI delivery of transportation, warehousing, delivery and other links (including damage rate, picking error rate, on-time fulfillment rate, customer complaint rate, etc.) through data analysis and on-site audits.
4. Good English skills; candidates with experience at local Chinese enterprises including Keeta, J&T and Imile are preferred.
