ABOUT THE ROLE
Join a technical delivery team building and launching AI agents for enterprise customers. You will turn customer requirements into reliable agent implementations, working hands-on with configurations and integrations while helping improve the platform through feedback from real deployments.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own AI agent builds from initial scoping through launch, validation, and ongoing iteration.
- Translate customer goals and technical requirements into structured implementation plans.
- Configure agent workflows and write or maintain the technical artifacts needed for production deployments.
- Build and validate integrations with customer systems, including APIs and enterprise software.
- Test agent behavior, identify performance gaps, and iterate to improve reliability at scale.
- Partner with customer technical stakeholders and internal product, engineering, success, and go-to-market teams.
- Share customer feedback and implementation insights to inform improvements to the agent-building platform.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as solutions engineering, implementation engineering, forward-deployed engineering, or technical consulting.
- Recent hands-on technical experience, including writing Python code and building with APIs and integrations.
- Experience delivering production-grade customer solutions through structured execution, testing, validation, and iteration.
- Familiarity with enterprise SaaS integrations, such as CRM, ticketing, or data systems, and related security and compliance considerations.
- Experience with LLMs, AI agents, conversational systems, or automation workflows is valuable.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field, with strong engineering fundamentals.
- Clear, polished communication and the ability to work directly with senior customer stakeholders.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary: $175,000 to $230,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

On-site in San Francisco, California.
