ABOUT MINERVA
Minerva builds AI for marketing leaders. We work together with marketers to automate and accelerate their workflows with AI agents. Our agents augment the end-to-end workflow of the marketer by automating analysis, campaign planning, activation, measurement and reporting.
Customers like the NBA, Ramp, Wander, Hard Rock Stadium Group and Luxury Presence use Minerva to develop a better understanding of their customers and introduce AI specifically built to understand the customer into their commercial organizations. Our campaigns outperform other tools because we built the entire stack: from identity to enrichment to data integration as well as agents to action and report on the analysis.
We work with leading consumer brands across categories, including the NBA, Capital One, Hard Rock Stadium Group / Miami Dolphins, Wander and Trust & Will. We've raised $20M from The General Partnership, 8VC, Lingotto, NBA Investments, Topology Ventures, Future Positive, Background Capital and many others. Our team brings together operators and investors from Citadel, Dentsu, Bridgewater, Meta Superintelligence, Growthloop, Amazon and Lazard, alongside engineers and researchers from Berkeley, MIT, Stanford and Cambridge.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Executive Assistant, you’ll work primarily with Minerva’s CEO and support our two other co-founders as needed. Minerva builds AI agents that take operational work off marketing teams, and this role does the same for our founders: you’ll own their calendars, inboxes, travel and investor follow-ups, make judgment calls on their behalf, and use AI to keep getting faster. It’s a high-trust seat with a close view of how an early-stage AI company gets built.
You’ll report to our Chief of Staff and work from our beautiful Brooklyn office five days a week.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Own calendar management across all three founders, deciding what gets accepted, declined or moved when priorities compete.
- Manage the founders’ inboxes, including triaging, drafting responses and flagging what needs their attention.
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Keep investor follow-ups on track and on the calendar.
- Adjust priorities dynamically in response to the fast-paced and evolving needs of a growing company
- Plan events of every size, including team dinners, all-hands, company offsites and the logistics for board meetings.
- Run the office and manage budgets, expenses and vendor relationships.
- Use AI and automation to take repetitive work off your plate and the founders’.
- Take on occasional personal tasks and errands so the founders can stay focused.
