We are looking for a talented Senior Project Manager who will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing projects within the organization, coordinating the technical, timing, and financial elements of multiple projects. This position will work with cross-functional teams to manage and complete tasks as required.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate tasks to keep track of project progress with Team members.
- Deliver accurate information using the right tools on time to understand the impact of each project.
- Include all necessary information in a project plan to make decisions on time.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks to avoid issues that impact Customer satisfaction.
- Keep the project on budget to meet the timeline and deliverables without additional funding.
- Understanding how the project fits into the bigger picture and the strategic contribution to the organization.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, cost estimates, and deliverables.
- Communicate directly with Customers to ensure project needs are met.
- Manage engineering activities through launch, with special focus on critical tasks.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional Team to identify, understand, and mitigate risks to project timing, product cost, quality, and reliability.
- Responsible for meeting project goals on time.
- Responsible for reviewing and keeping project documentation up to date.
- Manage project concerns related to engineering, performance, cost, timing, manufacturing, supply etc.
- Participate and manage pre-project planning and field scope definition for sales quotation development.
- Ensure work is performed in a safe manner using all available safety equipment.
- All other related duties as assigned.
- Possess mental faculties consistent with performing the minimum requirements of the job.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management in a manufacturing environment or related area.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Proven leadership skills in a team-based environment.
- Knowledge of ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of quadrants 2-3 of the complexity-volume matrix (relatively higher number of projects, field installations, and increasing complexity).
- Solid business and financial acumen to keep project within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Ability to fully understand the scope and issues within a project.
- Demonstrated experience being highly motivated and self-directed.
- Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work well in a Team environment.
- Hands-on problem solving and continuous improvement support.
- Strong Customer orientation.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong independent organizational and analytical skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
