ABOUT THE ROLE
Join the mobile engineering team at a consumer creator marketplace and help build and scale its iOS app. You will own features from early ideas through launch, shaping a polished product experience for creators.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and ship native iOS features using Swift, owning their full lifecycle from concept to launch.
- Define and evolve the app's architecture as the mobile team grows.
- Create fast, polished interfaces and interactions for creators.
- Debug production issues and improve app reliability and performance.
- Establish engineering practices and standards for mobile development.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- One to five or more years of professional iOS development experience with Swift.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of iOS fundamentals, the iOS SDK, Xcode, and software architecture.
- Experience building or scaling consumer iOS apps, using MVVM or similar patterns.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and asynchronous data handling.
- Ability to take ownership, work independently through ambiguity, and deliver projects end to end.
- Strong product instincts and attention to detail in UI and user experience.
- Experience in a startup, marketplace, or design-focused consumer product environment is valuable.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary: $130,000 to $230,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

On-site in New York, New York.
