Tasks:
The employee in the Warehouse/Logistics department is responsible for ensuring the supply of materials to customers and production areas, while ensuring the technically correct receipt, storage, and picking/dispatch of goods, as well as their packaging and shipping, including all related bookkeeping tasks
- Recording, checking, putting goods into storage, and transferring goods between storage locations, including entering transactions into the system
- Preparing shipments and loading trucks, including proper load securing
- Checking incoming and outgoing goods
- Picking items for production and customer orders, and packaging them
Monitoring inventory levels
Requirements:
- Completed vocational training as a warehouse specialist or equivalent, or several years of professional experience in this field
- A valid forklift operator's license and good driving experience are desirable
- Reliability, good spatial awareness, and physical stamina
- Motivation, flexibility, and the ability to work well in a team
- Proficiency with MS Office applications
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems and ERP systems
- Good command of German
- Basic knowledge of English
