We are looking for strong sales talent to join our team as an Account Manager. In this role, you will have exposure to the vast spectrum of work in LCS, have an opportunity to bring campaigns to life on our platforms, and collaborate with various cross functional teams at Google (Global, Programmatic, Upfronts, Google Marketing Platform (GMP)).

We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $108000 - $154000 (USD) + 40% bonus target + equity + benefits

- Develop forward thinking, data-driven sales recommendations that align with client objectives and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to pitch to clients.
- Understand Google's suite of ad products in-and-out (Google Ads + YouTube) and take responsibility for the management of clients.
- Lead meetings with clients regarding new product launches and advertising opportunities while ensuring that clients are satisfied with their business growth.
- Manage operations within the Sales team, aligning workflow among team members to execute complex initiatives and ensure accountability to team goals.
- Develop and present proactive in-quarter upsells.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in sales, business development, advertising, account management, marketing, or consulting.
- Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
Preferred qualifications:
- Relevant experience in online sales, advertising, marketing, and business development with knowledge of the advertising industry.
- Understanding of and passion for the Consumer Package Goods (CPG) industry and landscape and its issues, a goal for its growth, and a commitment to advance Google's forward-looking strategies within the marketplace.
- Ability to self-initiate and be comfortable with ambiguity, curiousity, and resilience.
- High attention to detail and solution-oriented problem-solving skills.
- Proven, demonstrable success of collaborating with internal teams.
