We are looking for a Senior PCB Design Engineer to join our product development team in Fairport, NY. In this role, you will work alongside hardware, firmware, RF, and mechanical engineers to transform ideas into manufacturable products. You will have a direct impact on products that move from concept through production and into the hands of customers worldwide.

What You'll Do
- Design PCB layouts for digital, mixed-signal, power, RF, and wireless products from concept through production
- Collaborate closely with hardware, firmware, RF, and mechanical engineers to meet design and performance requirements
- Create and maintain schematics, symbols, footprints, and component libraries
- Define PCB stack-ups and support controlled impedance, differential pair routing, DDR signaling, and signal integrity requirements
- Perform or support signal integrity analysis of critical interfaces
- Partner with PCB fabricators and assembly suppliers during prototype and production builds
- Review designs for manufacturability, testability, reliability, and cost optimization
- Support EMC and regulatory compliance through best-practice PCB design techniques
- Resolve technical issues related to PCB fabrication and assembly
- Contribute to PCB design standards, libraries, and engineering process improvements
- Collaborate with global engineering teams to share best practices and support new product development initiatives
Technologies You'll Work With
- High-speed digital interfaces
- RF technologies including Zigbee and LoRa
- Mixed-signal and power electronics
- Controlled impedance and differential pair routing
- Signal integrity analysis
- Multi-layer PCB design (2, 4, 6+ layers)
- EMC and regulatory compliance-focused design
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of PCB design experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience designing multi-layer PCBs for production environments
- Strong understanding of schematic capture and PCB layout methodologies
- Ability to manage multiple design activities with limited supervision
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ownership and accountability for project deliverables
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Siemens Xpedition, Mentor Graphics PADS, DxDesigner, and/or Altium Designer
- Experience with controlled impedance, matched-length routing, differential pairs, and DDR designs
- Understanding of PCB manufacturing, assembly, DFM, and DFA requirements
- Experience supporting RF and wireless products including Zigbee and LoRa
- Familiarity with HyperLynx or similar signal integrity tools
- Understanding of PCB materials, fabrication processes, and impedance control techniques
- Experience working directly with PCB fabrication and assembly suppliers
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and PTC Creo
- IPC CID or CID+ certification

What Makes This Role Exciting
At Radionix, you won't be designing generic reference boards. You'll be creating the hardware that powers real security and life-safety products, including wireless sensors, control panels, communicators, and next-generation connected devices. Your work will directly influence products that are installed in homes and businesses around the world.
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $130,000-140,000 annually. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
In addition to base salary, full-time employees are eligible to participate in Keenfinity Group's (US) Health and Welfare Benefit Plans—including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance—as well as the company’s 401(k) plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the respective plan documents.
