mPoweris looking for a resourceful, detail-oriented Growth and Proposal Operations Specialist to support our business development, capture, proposal, and marketing efforts. This is a hands-on role with broad exposure across the growth lifecycle. You might spend part of your day researching a new opportunity, updating our capture pipeline, coordinating proposal inputs, editing content, developing a presentation, or improving a proposal graphic or template. We're looking for someone who brings a solid professional foundation and is ready to take ownership, work across functions, and quickly learn new subject matter and responsibilities.
