Senior Product Marketing Manager

As Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will own the go-to-market strategy, positioning, messaging, and launch execution for Moore’s portfolio of data-driven solutions. You will translate product capabilities into clear market value, equip Sales and client-facing teams, and lead cross-functional launches that drive adoption, pipeline, and revenue growth.

You will work closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, Communications, and business leaders to ensure product strategy aligns with Moore’s marketing objectives and target markets. You will be a key member of the Marketing team, contributing to the overall vision and goals of the department.

This is a full-time, salaried, U.S.-based remote position.

Your Impact:

- Drive measurable impact on pipeline creation, product adoption, and revenue growth through strategic go-to-market execution.

- Develop, implement, and communicate the product marketing vision, goals, and roadmap across Moore's product portfolio.

- Develop and execute go-to-market plans for product launches and major initiatives, including objectives, channels, timelines, owners, budgets, and deliverables across web, email, social, events, digital, and PR

- Own marketing launch strategy and execution, including launch classification, stakeholder alignment, go/no-go readiness, sales training, post-launch measurement, and retrospectives.

- Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform positioning and product strategy; identify trends, opportunities, and threats and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

- Define, refine, and maintain buyer personas based on customer research, behavioral data, and sales feedback.

- Partner with Product to align marketing strategy with product development cycles and support product strategy, positioning, packaging, and commercialization.

Influence and align stakeholders across Product, Sales, Customer Success, Communications, and Marketing to execute unified go-to-market strategies.

Define product-led lifecycle and adoption strategies in partnership with Digital Marketing.

Translate complex product capabilities into compelling value propositions tailored to buyer needs and market trends.

Lead development of product messaging, positioning, and customer-facing narratives that differentiate Moore in a competitive marketplace

Own product marketing briefs, message architecture, and quality standards for sales and marketing materials.

Partner with Content, Design, Digital Marketing, and Communications to produce and deliver channel-specific marketing and product utilization assets.

Equip Sales with effective enablement, including product training, pitch decks, battlecards, objection handling, competitive intelligence, and feedback loops with sellers.

Define and track product marketing KPIs, using performance insights to optimize go-to-market strategy, launch effectiveness, product adoption, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact.

Your Profile:

- Bachelor's degree.

- At least 7 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B marketing for SaaS, data analytics, or nonprofit technology solutions.

- Experience with marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems.

- Proven track record of leading and executing successful product launches and campaigns across channels.

- Experience aligning product marketing strategies to pipeline growth, product adoption, and annual recurring revenue and retention goals.

- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

- Proficiency in defining KPIs, interpreting campaign and product adoption data, and using insights to optimize strategy.

- Expertise in managing product launch timelines, stakeholder coordination, and readiness checklists.

- Ability to meet aggressive deadlines and juggle multiple assignments.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling messages for different audiences and channels.
