Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

The Experience

This role serves as an experienced, trusted, strategic advisor responsible for developing and driving an enablement strategy tightly aligned with business priorities.

You will own the end-to-end enablement plan and calendar—designing, delivering, and measuring programs that accelerate talent development across products, industry and segment knowledge, and role-based competencies to drive higher-impact customer conversations and revenue growth.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

- Design and execute the end-to-end enablement strategy, operational plan, and calendar for the aligned Sales organization, partnering closely with Sales Strategy, Sales Programs, and Marketing to deliver cohesive annual and quarterly plans.

- Analyze and interpret key sales performance metrics to uncover capability gaps and build targeted enablement initiatives that move the needle on business outcomes.

- Leverage deep knowledge of sales methodology, industry dynamics, and GTM motions to establish credibility with sales leadership while bringing forward best practices in modern enablement tools and learning technologies.

- Serve as an active strategic business partner across cross-functional teams to architect high-impact learning experiences, equipping sellers with the exact knowledge, behaviors, and tools needed to win customer conversations.

- Navigate a fast-paced, dynamic environment with composure—staying organized, adaptable, and highly effective when priorities shift.

You're Our Person If...

- 4–7+ years of combined experience across Sales and Sales Enablement, with a comprehensive understanding of diverse sales roles, pipeline activities, and adoption drivers (leveling dependent on experience).

- Proven track record of designing enablement strategies and managing the end-to-end execution of scalable learning programs alongside cross-functional partners.

- Strong analytical chops, with the ability to translate sales data into actionable insights and quantify business impact at scale.

- Exceptional executive presence, communication, and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior revenue leaders.

- High adaptability and operational agility—able to change course at a moment's notice to address urgent business needs without losing sight of broader strategic goals.

Even Better If...

- Familiarity with Enterprise Cloud industry Go-To-Market motions.

- Background or experience within the marketing and/or market research industries.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience evaluated against core role competencies.
