Senior Data Analyst - ERP

Our client, a Federal Government Department focused on trade and investment is seeking a Senior Data Analyst - ERP to join their team in December 2026.
Duties:
- Current-state data inventory and readiness baseline covering in-scope legacy systems and data domains
- Data profiling and quality assessment outputs, including quantified findings and risk‑based priorities
- Data issue and remediation register with owners, actions, due dates, evidence and status
- Data cleansing and remediation plan aligned to business capacity and program milestones
- Hands‑on cleansing outputs, repeatable checks, scripts or controlled procedures, with appropriate documentation and validation evidence
Skills & Experience:
- Enterprise Data Analysis: Demonstrated experience extracting, profiling, interrogating, cleansing and validating complex data from enterprise or corporate systems.
- Data Quality Remediation: Demonstrated experience identifying and quantifying data quality issues.
- ERP or corporate systems: Experience supporting data readiness, legacy data clean‑up or comparable preparatory activity for an ERP, HRIS, finance, procurement, travel and expense management.
- Business & Technical collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with system administrators, business representatives, data owners and subject matter experts.
- Archiving analysis: Experience identifying inactive, obsolete, redundant or superseded records as potential candidates for archiving, supported by documented criteria and engagement.
