About Ande
We're a Series A startup building an AI-native platform that connects Enterprises and Hospitality across the entire booking experience, backed by top-tier investors including Lightspeed Venture Partners, Redpoint Ventures, Sierra Ventures, and Bain Capital, and led by a serial entrepreneur with offices in NYC and SF. We help companies turn every dinner, event, and offsite into something effortless to plan and a breeze to manage, plugging right into the tools they already use.
About the Role
Corporate teams spend billions every year on business entertainment, and some of the highest-stakes moments in that spend are the events they host: the dinners, receptions, and experiences where relationships are built and business gets won. The people who run them still stitch the work together across spreadsheets, inboxes, and a handful of disconnected tools, and still struggle to answer the question that matters most: was it worth it?
We're looking for a PM to build the Ande product line for the teams who plan and host corporate events. It's early: you'll work with a small team and a group of founding customers to define what we build, ship it, and earn adoption one customer at a time. You'll own the experience end to end, from the moment an event is an idea to the moment its results are clear, and you'll shape how our AI does real work inside it alongside the people running the event. AI isn't a feature we bolted on, it's the foundation of our product and how we run the company: we automate what can be automated so people spend their time on judgment, not busywork. As a PM here, you'll prototype ideas yourself, get answers from data without waiting on anyone, and ship faster than you're probably used to.
What You'll Do
- Own product strategy and roadmap for a product line serving the teams who plan and host corporate events
- Own the end-to-end experience, from initial planning and booking through the day itself, and everything that happens after
- Own how our AI works inside that experience: what it takes on, where people stay in control, and how work moves between the two
- Own the product's foundation: the core objects it's built on, and how it connects to the systems our customers already run their business on
- Work hand in hand with founding customers: run discovery, put early versions in front of them every week, and turn what you learn into what ships next
- Partner closely with design and engineering to ship a product with a high bar for craft, at startup speed
- Prototype ideas yourself before asking anyone to build them
- Work with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and our service team on launch, positioning, and adoption
- Coordinate with PMs across the product group, since this product draws on our marketplace, booking, and payments platform
- Define how we measure success, and drive prioritization using data, customer feedback, and business objectives
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, including taking at least one product from zero to one with real, paying customers
- Experience building B2B workflow or collaboration software that teams use every day, where the product is where the work actually gets done
- Deep empathy for busy operators; you know what it takes to make complex, multi-step, multi-person work feel simple
- AI-native product instincts; you've shipped features where AI does real work inside the product, not a chat box on the side, and you have a point of view on where it should act and where it shouldn't
- A strong design sensibility and a high bar for craft; you sweat the details and partner closely with designers
- Comfort with data models and integrations; you can reason about core objects, permissions, and syncing with other systems of record
- An empirical mindset; you get in front of customers, watch how they really work, and let evidence settle debates
- High agency; you spot what matters, take ownership, and run without waiting for permission
Bonus Points
- You've built for marketing, GTM, or revenue teams (martech, event tech, CRM, or sales and marketing ops tooling), or you've planned and run events yourself
- Experience integrating with CRMs and marketing platforms, and helping teams prove what their programs return
- Experience with marketplaces or products that coordinate work between multiple parties, such as buyers, vendors, and internal teams
- You've launched a new product line inside a growing company and built its early customer community
Why This Role Matters
Build a new product line from its first version, for the moments where companies build relationships and win business. Work directly with founders and leadership on strategy and execution, and with customers who are shaping the product alongside you. Small team, high ownership: your decisions ship, fast. Help define what event work looks like when AI does real work alongside the team, early enough that your fingerprints are on everything.
