Freelance Contract - starting asap till end of december

Purpose

Responsible for the day-to-day activities associated with managing clients' communications and engagement activities.

Craft Skills

- Develop and deploy creative PR programmes to meet the needs of clients.

- Confident in conversations with clients about priorities, quality of product and agency experience on the briefs/projects they own.

- Builds strategic decks with PR at the heart.

- Works collaboratively with the main agency to unlock further agency capabilities.

Inspiration

- Championing the agency values and brand.

- Have the ability to work on your own initiative and take charge of clients' requirements.

Strategic Thinking

- A strategic mindset and ability to oversee PR and client development plans.

- Provide strategic counsel and insight to shape clients' communications programme.

- Build new business proposals from scratch, understanding best in class.

Team

- Identifying training needs where required.

- Provide guidance and day-to-day direction for junior team members.

- Manage workloads effectively across multiple projects and ensure all work is completed in a timely manner and on-budget.

Leadership & Influence

- Promotes and lives by our agency spirit and values.

- Be a proactive part of the management team and contribute to the running of the agency.

Commercials

- Contributing to the overall business.

- Be involved in new business development, leading on team brainstorms, creation of PR proposals and new business pitches.
