About the role :

As a Junior Financial Controller, you will support the Financial Controller in driving the agency’s financial performance. You will act as a key liaison between finance and operations, providing commercial insights, supporting decision-making, and ensuring financial discipline across the business.

Key responsibilities :

- Prepare and review month-end reporting, including P&L and Balance Sheet analysis

- Support month-end close activities and ensure accuracy of financial data

- Lead revenue and margin forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis

- Review and analyze FRP variances, providing insights and recommendations

- Support revenue recognition, billing processes, and monthly accruals

- Manage and supervise working capital performance and cash flow optimization

- Coordinate with the Shared Service Center (SSC) on accounting matters, including AP, AR, and balance sheet reconciliations

- Liaise with auditors and prepare supporting documentation for annual statutory and management accounts

- Develop and enhance financial reports, dashboards, and performance tracking tools

- Support financial processes, controls, and continuous improvement initiatives

- Respond to ad hoc reporting and analysis requests from internal stakeholders and network teams

Skills & experience :

- 3+ years of experience in finance (audit, FP&A, or controlling)

- Big Four and Corporate Accounting experience preferred

- Strong analytical skills and commercial mindset

- Advanced Excel skills

- Comfortable working with data and financial modelling

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

- Experience in project-based environments is a plus

- Fluent in Spanish and English
