Project Manager & Systems Analyst

abra is hiring for our Digital & Information Systems Division!
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager & Systems Analyst to join our team and lead strategic digital and information systems initiatives in a large and complex enterprise environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end projects from initiation, planning, requirements gathering, design, implementation, and deployment
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and quality throughout the project lifecycle
- Analyze business needs and translate them into functional and technological solutions
- Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and multiple organizational interfaces
- Lead systems analysis activities, including requirements documentation, process mapping, and solution design
- Drive process improvement initiatives and implement innovative digital solutions
- Support testing, deployment, user adoption, and successful project delivery
- Promote efficiency, service excellence, and enhanced user experience through technology
Requirements
- ✔ 5+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst
- ✔ 2+ years of experience managing projects in Information Systems environments
- ✔ Proven experience leading complex projects from requirements through implementation
- ✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- ✔ Experience working with both business and technological stakeholders
- ✔ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering & Management (Information Systems specialization), or equivalent qualification
- ✔ Alternative qualifications: Bachelor's degree in another field along with at least 300 academic hours in Information Systems studies, or a Practical Engineering diploma in Computers/Technology
- ✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- ✔ Willingness to work outside regular business hours when required
