ABOUT THE ROLE
Join an early-stage AI company building infrastructure for AI-enabled service businesses, including agentic workflows and tools for human oversight. This flexible leadership role is shaped around your strengths in engineering, product, or company operations, and may include technical leadership.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Define a concrete scope of work for your first 90 days based on the area where you can contribute most.
- Build and ship production software as part of a small, fast-moving team.
- Depending on your strengths, lead engineering, product development, or operational work.
- Help build infrastructure for teams coordinating AI workers and human decision-making.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Typically 3 or more years of relevant experience, with a background as a founder, startup CTO or first technical hire, product builder, or service-business operator.
- A continued hands-on track record building production software, rather than a management-only or nontechnical career path.
- Ability to propose a clear first-90-days scope and interest in shaping a role around your strengths.
- Experience relevant to AI/ML, software products, or service businesses is useful.
